Announcement Regarding the June 1, 2016 Illinois Ryan White Part B Advisory Group Webinar Meeting:

It was recently discovered that the recording for the Illinois Ryan White Part B Advisory Group Meeting on June 1, 2016 was determined to have had corrupted audio.  Although every effort was made, unfortunately Citrix® was unable to recover any portion of the lost audio in the file.  Audio for the meeting ceases to play 14 minutes and 23 seconds into the webinar.  According to Tracy Gutierrez, Customer Care with Citrix®, the online recording for GoToWebinar "feature did not work as intended for this specific recording" and "it caused the inability to listen to the audio within the downloaded file." 

In my experience, the utilization of the Citrix® GoToWebinar platform interface, recording and storage has never warranted any backup systems for recording of our webinars.  They have proven to be an effective and trusted brand with good customer service.  Nonetheless, in an effort to ensure that our webinar is fully captured and maintained in the future, a redundancy protocol will be implemented moving forward.
